DeAgostini Coleccionables in Barcelona is seeking a CRM & Engagement Specialist to own campaigns across multiple markets. You will plan, build and optimize newsletters, communications, product launches and promotional campaigns, and report on performance.

You will define audiences with segmentation, coordinate creative assets, run A/B tests, monitor results and ensure compliance with brand, privacy and legal standards across regions.

Qualificações

• Experience planning and executing CRM and engagement campaigns.
• Ability to build newsletters and communication plans across markets.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Own CRM campaign calendar from planning to performance reporting.
• Plan, build and deploy newsletters, product launches and campaigns.
• Define targeting and prepare audiences using segmentation.
• Coordinate creative development, briefs and asset delivery.
• Adapt campaigns for local markets across regions.
• Execute A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support customer communications and lifecycle automation during peak periods.
• Ensure campaigns comply with brand, privacy and legal standards.
