Job summary

Wallbox Chargers, S.L. in Barcelona seeks a Senior CRM & Web Specialist to own CRM lifecycle marketing and website conversion. Lead nurturing, segmentation, email campaigns and automation drive growth while optimizing landing pages to generate more leads.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Design and IT to improve customer journeys, track KPIs and deliver measurable results. Hybrid work model with strong international exposure is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation or growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of lead management, customer journeys, segmentation and marketing automation.
• Proven experience using CRM data to drive conversion and business results.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools and marketing automation.
• Good knowledge of WordPress and the ability to independently create and update simple landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CRM and lead nurturing strategies across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop segmentation strategies based on profiles, behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Plan, execute and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated journeys.
• Identify opportunities to reactivate, upsell and cross-sell from the existing database.
• Collaborate with Sales to define lead scoring and lifecycle stages; ensure handover.
• Monitor CRM performance and KPIs to measure impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Manage and improve the CRM and marketing automation ecosystem.
• Build automated campaigns, workflows and triggers based on user behavior.
• Ensure integration between CRM, marketing automation, website and lead channels.
• Improve data quality, tracking and lead routing; automate processes.
