Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a CRM Senior Specialist to join the EMEA Marketing CRM team in Barcelona. You will deliver BAU and promotional email campaigns across 15+ markets and multiple languages, from planning and segmentation through testing, approvals and deployment.

The ideal candidate has around 5 years in CRM/email marketing, hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPscript, Data Extensions) and strong English and Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of CRM / email marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, SAP Emarsys).
• Hands-on experience with AMPscript, Liquid or Javascript.
• Experience with Dynamic Content and Data Extensions.
• Strong knowledge of audience segmentation.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Attention to detail and solid QA mindset.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Support A/B testing, uplift analysis and campaign optimisation.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, conversion and deliverability.
• Troubleshoot campaign builds and maintain high QA standards.
• Support scalable multilingual content library including AI tools.
• Work with JIRA, Litmus and other CRM campaign tools.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the wider EMEA CRM team.

Job description

We’re looking for a CRM Senior Specialist to join our EMEA Marketing CRM team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering BAU and promotional email campaigns across 15+ EMEA markets and multiple languages, from campaign planning and segmentation through testing, approval and deployment.

What are we looking for? Must have:

• Around 5 years of CRM / email marketing experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze , SAP Emarsys).

• Experience working with Dynamic Content and Data Extensions

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – highly valued, but not essential
• Experience using AI / Generative AI tools for content creation and optimisation
• Additional European languages
• Experience in travel, mobility, retail or another fast-paced B2C environment
