Page Personnel in Barcelona seeks a Senior CRM Manager/Head of EMEA to lead and develop a multi-country CRM strategy across 20 countries. You will manage a team of CRM professionals and drive high-quality, multi-channel campaigns with strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role reports to the Channel Marketing Director for EMEA and works within the Global Channel Marketing Organization, with dotted lines to the Group CRM Director. Hybrid work model in Barcelona is offered.

Formación

• Proven experience leading CRM programs across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge of multi-channel CRM ecosystems and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing CRM teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns across 20+ countries using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Plan and orchestrate CRM initiatives, aligning with other channels and local teams.
• Partner with local marketing and cross-functional peers to drive campaign implementation and global tool rollout.
• Define audiences and targeting strategies to deliver personalized and scalable campaigns.
• Oversee production of campaign assets to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Analyze KPIs and present insights to optimize CRM performance.
