Puig SL is seeking a consumer-obsessed, data-driven CRM Manager on a temporary basis to own the CRM roadmap across a portfolio of brands. You will translate priorities into scalable omnichannel journeys, partner with Brand, Market, and Technology teams, and drive clienteling initiatives with governance and reporting.

The role requires strong analytics, English fluency (Spanish a big advantage), and experience with ESP/CDP tools, preferably Bloomreach.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing & CRM, ideally in a similar industry.
• Strong customer-centric vision and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, ESP and/or CDP, preferably Bloomreach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CRM roadmap from a global standpoint, translating priorities into initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Brand and Market teams on clienteling and omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, data requirements, testing, deployment and post-campaign analysis.
• Own day-to-day CRM contributions to clienteling initiatives including governance and partner coordination.
