Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices.
• Create, manage, and follow up on support tickets to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex or escalated cases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems.
• Ensure service quality, professionalism, and adherence to support procedures.

Salary

€22,500 per year (gross)

One honest note on Barcelona: rents are higher than in Lisbon or Sofia, so budget accordingly when you weigh up the package.
