Cbtalents is seeking a German-speaking Remote Customer Service Representative to support tech and audio products from mainland Spain. The role is full-time, temporary, with remote work from anywhere in mainland Spain.

You will handle incoming support requests, troubleshoot issues with SoundTouch and other products, and maintain clear updates for users. A training program is provided, and a hybrid option exists for Barcelona residents.

Formación

• Fluency in German and a solid command of English.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills.
• Experience or interest in audio products, wireless networking & live music tech.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS.
• Prior experience in tech support or fast-paced customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve issues related to specialized products like SoundTouch.

Full-time · Temporary contract
