Job summary

Kats Recruitment is seeking a German-Speaking Technical Support Advisor to join a remote, multinational team. This fully remote role requires you to base yourself in Spain and handle dealer and end-user inquiries.

You will diagnose technical issues, guide product usage, and ensure outstanding service while working from home across Spain. A stable full-time contract with a competitive base salary and performance bonus awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
• Native or fluent German (C1/C2) with advanced English skills.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership of cases.
• Experience with CRM systems and support tools.
• Currently based in Spain with valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for dealers and end users via phone and email.
• Diagnose technical issues and guide users to step-by-step solutions.
• Educate customers on product features, best practices, and updates.
• Create, track, and resolve support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalated or complex cases.
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation in ticketing systems.
