CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Technical Support Advisors for a fully remote role within Spain. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a technical mindset who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in an international, fast-growing environment.

You will support dealers and end users, delivering high-quality technical assistance while contributing to a positive and professional customer experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent or bilingual German with advanced English.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to own cases and drive to resolution.
• Based in Spain and comfortable with remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices.
• Create, manage, and follow up on support tickets to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex or escalated cases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems.
• Ensure service quality, professionalism, and adherence to support procedures.
