Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting a German-speaking Technical Product Expert to support customers remotely from Spain. The role runs Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00, with a focus on troubleshooting and technical support for e-bike products. Strong German, L2 support experience, and proactive issue investigation are essential.

Salary is €22,500 gross per year, with potential to earn up to €2,400 as an annual bonus. Relocation is not offered. Barcelona note: accommodation and cost of living considerations apply.

What we're looking for

• Native or near-native level of German
• Previous L2 technical support experience
• Experience troubleshooting technical products, hardware or software
• Ability to investigate issues rather than simply follow basic customer-service scripts
• Experience working with tickets/escalations
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ideally experience with e-bikes, cycling, automotive, electronics, IoT or connected devices
• Comfortable explaining technical issues to customers or lower-level support teams

Salary

€22,500 per year (gross)

One honest note on Barcelona: rents are higher than in Lisbon or Sofia, so budget accordingly when you weigh up the package.
