Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting a German-speaking Technical Product Expert to support customers remotely from Spain. The role runs Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00, with a focus on troubleshooting and technical support for e-bike products. Strong German, L2 support experience, and proactive issue investigation are essential.

Salary is €22,500 gross per year, with potential to earn up to €2,400 as an annual bonus. Relocation is not offered. Barcelona note: accommodation and cost of living considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German required.
• Experience in L2 technical support roles.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware or software products.
• Ability to investigate issues rather than follow scripts.
• Experience working with tickets and escalations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with e-bikes, cycling, automotive, electronics, IoT or connected devices considered a plus.

Responsibilities
