CloserHire is recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Barcelona, Malaga, or Valencia. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels while logging cases and meeting SLAs.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Danish and English, has at least 1 year in customer service, and enjoys helping people. Relocation support is provided to assist with the move to Spain.

Formación

CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience provider to recruit a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for their on-site team in Barcelona or Benalmadena or Valencia. What you'll do

• Handle incoming contacts via phone, email, chat, and other channels to resolve user inquiries. Log cases accurately in the system and provide timely responses within service level agreements. Maintain a deep understanding of services and products tailored to the electric vehicle industry. Collaborate with teammates and offer support during absences or increased workloads. Fulfill administrative duties such as tracking leave and attending scheduled sessions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives led by your Supervisor or Mentor. Maintain high standards of quality, service performance, and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Are proficient or bilingual in Danish and fluent in English. Have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment. Possess basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, internet settings). Show a proactive attitude and enjoy helping people. Are capable of taking ownership and solving customer issues efficiently. Bring experience from the automotive or electric vehicle industry – a strong advantage. Are naturally collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow

One honest note on Barcelona: rents are higher than in Lisbon or Sofia, so budget accordingly when you weigh up the package.

• Full-time, 39-hour/week schedule, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00). On-site position in central Barcelona or Benalmadena or Valencia, in a modern and supportive workspace. Relocation support

• Relocation payment 500EUR paid after 1 month of start
• Notes: 9-18h M-F
