Concentrix is seeking a Technical Support Advisor (German-speaking) in Barcelona. You will handle technical inquiries via email and phone, assist with installation and troubleshooting, and work to build strong client relationships.
The role requires German and English proficiency, customer service experience, and willingness to travel if needed. The position offers a full-time, hybrid setup with an office in Barcelona or remote options within Barcelona/Catalonia, a 39-hour week, and training
Formación
- German and English required for daily interactions with clients.
- Minimum 3 years in a customer service role or related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical support to customers via e-mail and phone.
- Respond to and resolve inquiries about products and services, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and document issues and resolutions.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain for parts and shipments and assist with training when needed.
- Guide customers through diagnostic steps and use of tools/software to resolve problems.
