A global customer experience provider is seeking German-speaking Technical Support Advisors for an on-site role in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality technical assistance to dealers and end users while contributing to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, educating customers, and managing support tickets. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience and be fluent in German and English. A full-time contract and competitive salary are offered.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Ability to take ownership of cases and drive them to resolution.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing, problem-solving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
