Job summary

A global customer experience provider is seeking German-speaking Technical Support Advisors for an on-site role in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality technical assistance to dealers and end users while contributing to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, educating customers, and managing support tickets. Qualifications
