Concentrix on-site in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative. You will handle incoming contacts via phone, email, and chat, log interactions, and work toward timely resolutions within SLA.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual in German and English.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat or other alerts and resolve user requests within SLA.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide responses and resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and applications related to individual customers.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
