Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Sales Team Leader (German Speaking) to lead a sales team onsite in Valencia. You will drive targets, forecast performance, and remove obstacles to maximize opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires German language proficiency and 3+ years in sales. The position offers a full-time contract (39 hours/week) with a base salary of 27,000 euros plus up to 4,000 euros in bonus, plus medical insurance and a restaurant card.

Formación

• German language is required.
• 3+ years proven work experience in a sales role.
• Excellent coaching history and ability to develop employees.
• Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and keep CRM data up-to-date.
• Remove roadblocks and support opportunities for the team.
• Conduct weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Develop strategic plays based on data and trends.
• Maintain client relationships and report on forecasting.
