Formación

• Have proficient or bilingual level of French and English.
• Associate's degree in related field with four to six years of experience (with at least one year of Progressive Management Experience) preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a team.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is up-to-date.
• Remove roadblocks and help team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
• Monitor call time and productivity; conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Analyze data and trends to develop strategic sales plays for client territories.
• Maintain communication with Sales Director and client to foster relationships and forecast.
