Concentrix is hiring a Sales Manager (German Speaking) onsite in Valencia. You will coach and supervise a team of sales agents, manage shifts, monitor performance, and ensure SLA adherence while driving customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Must be bilingual or proficient in German and advanced level of English.
• Working knowledge of IT platforms and applications: Windows/MS Office.
• Strong business knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Experience in IT sales or outbound sales is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of sales agents in Valencia.
• Organise shifts and optimize operations in the Valencia hub.
• Monitor, report, and improve team performance to meet SLA and targets.
• Recruit and train new agents in collaboration with HR.
• Handle escalations and oversee incident management and customer contact.
• Prepare service level reviews and report metrics to management.
