Randstad España in Valencia is seeking a Sales Team Leader to guide a high-performing sales team in Travel & Hospitality. You will coach, motivate, and mentor agents to hit ambitious targets.

You will drive conversion, upselling, and revenue growth while modeling consultative selling, handling escalations, and leading real-time floor support. German native-level fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• 4+ years in target-driven sales, ideally in Travel or Hospitality.
• German native-level is required.
• Full right to work in Spain.
• Willingness to rotate shifts including mornings/afternoons and some weekends.

What you'll do

• Coach & Elevate: Lead, motivate, and mentor sales agents through daily floor support and real-time feedback.
• Drive Commercial Growth: Boost conversion, upselling, revenue, CSAT, and quality KPIs across the team.
• Master Sales Techniques: Train your team on consultative selling, objection handling, and high-value deal closing.
• Operations & Escalations: Manage real-time shift flow and assist agents with complex customer scenarios.

What we are looking for

• Experience: 4+ years in target-driven sales (experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or OTAs is a strong plus).
• Leadership: Strong leadership potential is essential (Previous Team Leader experience is a plus).
• Languages: German Native-level is required (additional languages are a plus).
• Work Authorization: Full right to work in Spain.
• Availability for rotating shifts: morning and afternoon shifts and some weekends.
