Lighthouse seeks a dynamic SDR to spearhead our German-speaking market from Barcelona. You will open conversations, qualify leads, and pave the path for our Business Development Managers to close deals. Work with AI-enabled tools to accelerate outreach and optimize pipeline growth.

Join a global revenue team, collaborate with Marketing, and drive impact across a scalable revenue stack while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German with strong written and spoken skills.
• Bachelor's degree in communication, business or equivalent, or 1–2 years outbound sales experience.
• High energy, proactive mindset, and good professional communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple activities.
• Self-directed, coachable and quick to learn; comfortable using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression of Lighthouse in the German-speaking market; open conversations, build pipeline, and excite prospects to meet BDMs.
• Drive growth by qualifying leads and building a strong pipeline that powers the sales team; help refine the Sales Development function.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools as a force multiplier; work with Enablement, Coaching, and CRM insights to improve activity and conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to generate leads and ensure smooth handoffs to Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers.
