Lighthouse is seeking a proactive Sales Development representative to be the first point of contact for German-speaking hotels. You will open conversations, qualify leads, and build a healthy pipeline, collaborating with Business Development Managers to convert prospects into meetings.

You will work within a global Revenue team, leveraging AI-enabled enablement, coaching agents, and a modern stack to accelerate outreach, discovery, and pipeline quality.

Formación

• Fluent in English and German is required.
• Bachelor's degree in communication or business or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first impression of Lighthouse for German-speaking hotels; start conversations, build pipeline, and coordinate with BDMs.
• Drive growth by generating awareness, qualifying leads, and expanding the sales pipeline.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve outreach, discovery, and handoffs to the sales team.
