Lighthouse in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch- and English-speaking Sales Development Representative to initiate conversations with Dutch-speaking hotels and build a strong pipeline. You will perform high-volume outreach, qualify leads, and hand them to our Business Development Managers for demos.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with Marketing and Revenue teams, using AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and close rates.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in outbound sales or hunter roles is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and prospecting across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first impression for Dutch-speaking hotels, initiating conversations and building pipeline.
• Qualify leads, drive outreach, and coordinate with BDMs to set product demos.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams; own outreach and pipeline quality.
