Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to accelerate growth across the DACH region. You will be the engine of the growth team, leveraging an AI-powered sales assistant platform to convert cold prospects into high-value partnerships within a rapidly scaling tech environment.

You will own top-of-funnel outreach, book 20-40 qualified meetings per month, and qualify leads from major industry trade shows.

Qualifications

• Native or professional fluency in German and English.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales to SMEs in manufacturing, logistics, or construction.
• Based in the CEE region with overlap with Berlin timezone (08:30–15:00).
• High energy and resilience for daily cold calling and objections.
• Ability to quickly adopt AI-powered sales tools and CRM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation: book 20–40 qualified meetings per month with decision-makers.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: cold calling, LinkedIn, Lemlist email sequences.
• Lead Qualification: qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects using BANT.
• CRM Excellence: maintain data integrity in HubSpot for all touchpoints.
• Strategic Iteration: collaborate with GTM to test messaging and objections.
• Strategic Research: personalize outreach based on company signals.
