Job summary

Cleverep Sales Support S.L. is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive client expansion into the DACH market from our Barcelona offices. The role emphasizes fast learning, direct client interaction, and delivering measurable impact in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

You will manage campaigns, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to optimize messaging and maximize conversions in a flexible hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• You have direct exposure to clients or customers in sales, support, consulting, hospitality, call centers, or similar roles.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• CRM management: maintain clean, up-to-date records of prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
• Campaign engagement: manage responses from outreach campaigns and follow-ups to progress leads.
• Lead qualification: assess inbound leads to identify high-quality prospects and schedule meetings.
• Proactive prospecting: research and engage new prospects via email or cold calls.
