Lighthouse is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to lead Dutch-speaking outreach from our Barcelona base. You will open conversations, build a robust pipeline, and excite hotels to engage with our Business Development Managers.

You will work in a hybrid environment, leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline research, sequencing, and insights while collaborating with Marketing and Revenue teams to drive growth.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Be Lighthouse's first impression for hotels in the Dutch-speaking market and initiate conversations to build pipeline.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and coordinate with Business Development Managers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize the sales process and win rate.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to research, prep, and improve outreach quality.
