CB Talents SP in Valencia is seeking German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join the on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries in German and Spanish with professionalism and care.

We are looking for strong communicators with problem-solving skills who are comfortable working on-site in Valencia. EU work authorization or valid permit to work in Spain is required.

Formación

• German and Spanish language proficiency at C1 or above.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join a growing team in Valencia. This is an on-site role based in one of Europe's most vibrant capital cities, known for its rich culture, history, and lively atmosphere. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering support and resolving queries with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in German and Spanish via phone, email, and/or chat
• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction)
• Stay up to date on product/service knowledge to provide informed support
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) — C1 level or above
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) — C1 level or above
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar client-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working on-site in Valencia
• EU work authorization required (or valid permit to work in Spain)
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office, or similar tools)
