Concentrix, based in Benalmádena, Spain, is seeking an Account Manager (German-speaking) for an on-site role to manage a portfolio of German SME clients and drive growth. You will build strong relationships, identify client needs, and sell appropriate value components to enhance engagement across technology, finance, travel, fashion, and more.

Formación

• Fluent German language required; proficient English also needed.
• Experience with German market and client-facing roles.
• Strong project planning and multitasking abilities.
• Independent and team-oriented with results focus.

Responsabilidades

• Have full managerial responsibility of a portfolio of German SME clients with focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategy.
• Identify client needs with products and services and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement.
• Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets.
• Consistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities e.g. self-generated, client referrals, subsidiaries or sister companies.
• Ensuring premium value is delivered aligned with client’s goals, delivering a positive customer experience and achieves customer advocacy.
