Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS/Cloud services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure partners receive best customer experience possible.
• Act as the initial point of contact for accounts in the aligned territory.
• Keep partners engaged and up-to-date on new offerings to promote renewals.
• Contribute to hub development, service desk processes and onboarding.
• Promote customer success best practices and drive strategy within client businesses.
• Collaborate to improve customer experience, revenue, retention and growth.
