Job summary

Teleperformance in Barcelona is seeking aRetention and Expansion Specialist to manage a portfolio of EMEA accounts, renewals, and upsell opportunities within Google Cloud Security products. You will coordinate with internal teams, drive renewal revenue, and develop strategic account plans.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B IT sales or business development, native German and English, and a strong understanding of cloud concepts. Hybrid work model and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years B2B sales or business development experience in outbound sales in the IT industry.
• Native or proficient-level German and English language skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to achieve renewal and growth goals.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts and maintain relationships.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts for upsell.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals; process contracts with legal and internal teams.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and maintain awareness of stakeholder changes.
• Stay up-to-date on Google Cloud Security products and services.
