You will guide new clients through onboarding and implementation journeys, deliver a high-quality experience across touchpoints, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to build lasting relationships across markets.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles (Onboarding, Success, Support, or Account Management)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Confidence delivering training, guidance, or product support to clients

Responsabilidades

• Guide new clients through onboarding and implementation journeys
• Act as a trusted partner, ensuring customers get maximum value from the product
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience across multiple touchpoints
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
