Revolut is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business in the German-speaking segment within Spain. In this role, you will identify and engage mid-market prospects, map their needs to Revolut Business solutions, and guide them toward adopting additional features to maximize value.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to deepen relationships, close high-value deals, and accelerate growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• Fluency in English and German.
• 1+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing the full sales cycle.
• A track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
• Solid prospecting skills to generate leads and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally fintech.
• Expert relationship-building skills to interact with multiple high-level decision makers (C-suite).
• Excellent communication skills to articulate product capabilities to meet large customers' needs.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams (Product, Support).
