Revolut is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive (German market) for Spain to drive new client adoption of our fintech products. Based in Spain, you will identify mid-market prospects and tailor plans to their needs, accelerating feature adoption and usage across Revolut's suite.

You will collaborate with Product Sales Executives, maintain robust relationships with senior decision-makers, and execute end-to-end sales cycles in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluency in English and German to collaborate with international customers.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing full sales cycles.
• Proven track record closing high-value deals in mid-market segments.
• Strong prospecting skills to generate qualified leads.
• Experience in fast-paced fintech environments.
• Excellent relationship-building with senior decision-makers.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Support.

Responsabilidades

• Activating and managing mid-market accounts in line with Revolut's strategy.
• Prospecting and qualifying potential customers based on turnover, employees, and industry.
• Conducting discovery and qualification during sign-up to identify needs.
• Collaborating with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
