Revolut in Spain is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business and expand adoption of our suite of fintech solutions. You’ll identify and win mid-market opportunities, guiding customers through the adoption of Revolut’s features and ensuring ongoing engagement.

You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders across our growing client base.

Formación

• Fluency in English and German required.
• 1+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing full sales cycles.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals in mid-market segments.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments, fintech a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building with senior decision-makers (C-suite).

Responsabilidades

• Activate new customers in the mid-market segment.
• Prospect mid-market accounts by identifying high-potential targets using key indicators.
• Conduct Discovery and Qualification during sign-up, guiding customers.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
