Revolut in Lugo, Spain, is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive who is fluent in English and German to drive new business growth. You will identify high-potential mid-market customers and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, delivering tailored fintech solutions.

Collaborating with Product Sales Executives, you will deepen relationships, cross-sell features, and help customers adopt expanding capabilities while maintaining an eye on velocity and compliance in a fast-paced tech

Formación

• Fluency in English and German is required.
• 1+ year of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive handling full sales cycles.
• Proven track record closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
• Strong prospecting skills to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally fintech.
• Excellent relationship-building with senior decision-makers, including C-suite.
• Clear communication of product capabilities to meet large customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Activating mid-market accounts with a solutions-focused approach.
• Prospecting high-potential mid-market targets based on turnover, headcount, and industry indicators.
• Conducting discovery and qualification during sign-up and providing guidance
• Collaborating with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
