Job summary

Recruitment Direct is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative in Barcelona to drive new business for Google Cloud products. You will identify opportunities, profile prospects, and perform outbound outreach to C-level contacts, aligning needs with cloud solutions and guiding them toward the appropriate sales path.

The role requires strong German and English skills, outbound sales experience, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• C2 German and C1 English (written and spoken)
• BA/BS degree or 2 years equivalent practical experience
• Advanced understanding of cloud computing concepts with Google Cloud Platform experience
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex needs into viable solutions
• Exceed sales quotas in a phone-based sales setting
• Experience in IT outbound sales prospecting, cold calling, and managing a large portfolio of accounts

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly SQO quota and daily/weekly activity targets
• Manage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects and educate them on Cloud offerings
• Execute daily outbound calls/emails to C-level decision makers and assess needs
• Understand pain points, gather technical requirements, align needs with Cloud solutions
• Maintain prospect data in Salesforce (CRM) and manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities
• Work towards team and individual KPIs (productivity, conversion, pipeline)
• Document customer notes and deal details in Salesforce for stakeholder clarity
