Job summary

Teleperformance Spain is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive Google Cloud opportunities across EMEA from Barcelona. You will qualify needs, run outbound campaigns, and present cloud solutions to C-level stakeholders, primarily by phone and email.

Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1) is required, along with a BA/BS or equivalent experience. You will work in a hybrid Barcelona setup with clear sales targets, CRM discipline, and opportunity for growth within the

Qualifications

• C2 level German and C1 level English required.
• BA/BS or 2 years practical experience required.
• Strong cloud computing knowledge and experience selling Google Cloud.
• Experience with outbound sales and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly SQO quota and activity targets.
• Identify high-potential prospects and educate them on Cloud offerings.
• Execute daily outbound calls/emails to C-level decision makers.
• Gather technical requirements and align needs with Cloud solutions.
• Maintain data in Salesforce (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities).
• Work towards team and individual KPIs and document deal details.
