Nordic Jobs Worldwide is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our client’s Barcelona team. You will engage with businesses across EMEA, drive outbound campaigns, and qualify cloud solutions opportunities.

You’ll manage a portfolio, track activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer journey while aiming for ambitious KPIs and a competitive bonus structure.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and account management.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and solution selling.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound campaigns.
• Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling to decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects, understand business needs, and align them with cloud solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce (CRM).
• Work towards individual and team KPIs, including pipeline and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer journey.
• Document all customer interactions and opportunities clearly.
