Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services (HF) across the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with up to 30% travel for client visits and events.

You will drive a consultative sales process, collaborate with SMEs, and build strategic client relationships to close multi-million dollar opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year)
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required
• English proficiency at least C1 level
• Ability to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and conferences
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored advisory solutions
• Maintain relationships with target accounts throughout the year
• Stay updated on HF best practices and industry trends
