Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Sales Engineer for the German market to deploy, configure, and demonstrate our Falcon platform to prospective customers. You will work with the German Corporate Team, delivering technical demonstrations and shaping customer requirements.

In this role you’ll collaborate with sales and pre-sales, stay current on cybersecurity trends, and upskill in both technical and commercial aspects while delivering superior customer experiences remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Exceptional communication abilities delivering clear presentations to technical and business audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities in complex technical environments.
• Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Fluency in German and English for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Articulate technical messages to customers and partners as needed.
• Ask discovery questions to uncover pain points and requirements.
• Run POVs with approved success criteria demonstrating benefits of the platform.
• Collaborate with Product Management for key accounts and requirements.
• Learn and test cyber security attack techniques on the Falcon platform.
• Provide training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer feedback and issues.
