The Lemon Consulting is seeking a Technical Product Expert to provide technical support to customers by email and phone, including installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance. You will build long-term relationships while addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.

You will deliver training to OEMs, gather market feedback, and coordinate with Supply Chain for parts pickups. Travel to visit customers may be required, and a strong background in bike/mechatronic fields is preferred.

Formación

• Bike industry or mechatronic background required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
• Customer focus orientation and professional telephone manner.
• Willingness to travel to visit customers as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers training to OEMs and assemblers as requested.
• Deploys market knowledge and collects information for corrective action.
• Escalates OEM claims to relevant company areas when needed.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain for parts pickups and shipments.
• Guides customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes.
• Prepares customer reports to track progress on actions.
