• Proven track record in technical roles with self-direction and organization
• Exceptional communication abilities for technical and business audiences
• Advanced problem-solving in complex technical environments
• Strong technical acumen to evaluate architectures and identify security gaps
• Curiosity and competitive drive with a passion for learning and growth
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message when required
• Ask open discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements
• Run POVs with approved success criteria demonstrating value of the platform
• Collaborate with Product Management for key accounts and their tech needs
• Learn and test cyber security attack techniques on the Falcon platform
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike tech and messaging
• Serve as main contact for customer feedback and issue resolution with Support
