• Proven track record in technical roles (support, consulting, or systems engineering).
• Exceptional communication abilities for presentations to technical and business audiences.
• Advanced problem‑solving capabilities, analyzing and resolving complex technical challenges under pressure.
• Strong technical acumen, quickly evaluating complex architectures and identifying vulnerabilities.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and drive for continuous learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop technical champion in the opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message where required.
• Ask open and challenging discovery questions that help uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team as liaison for key accounts.
• Learn and test cyber‑security attack techniques against the Falcon platform.
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on technology and messaging.
• Serve as customers’ primary point of contact for feedback and resolution of issues requiring support team assistance.
