Job summary

Teleperformance seeks a Digital Sales Representative to identify Cloud opportunities and engage customers across EMEA, guiding them from qualification to closure. You will collaborate with partners and field teams to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue, while leveraging CRM tools and ongoing training to maximize performance.

The role emphasizes cloud fundamentals (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), proven sales results, and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative solution selling within a B2B environment.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with ability to build relationships.
• Experience in outbound phone sales and managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Understanding of cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and competitive cloud landscape.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline and data.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales process from qualification to deal closure and demonstrate product value.
• Collaborate with Partner Sales to deliver tailored solutions and communicate value proposition.
• Support opportunities handed off to partners and accelerate pipeline progression.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce for forecasting and reporting.
• Engage in meetings to communicate Cloud value across a broad product portfolio.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support revenue delivery.
