Teleperformance is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive new business across EMEA. You’ll engage potential clients via outbound calls and emails, map needs to Google Cloud solutions, and guide prospects toward the right sales path.

You will work in a phone-based environment, targeting C-level decision makers and fueling a growing customer base. The role requires a BA/BS (technical degree preferred), English at C2 level, and 3+ years in B2B outbound IT sales.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required; technical degree desirable.
• C2 level English or higher.
• Min. 3 years B2B sales or business development in outbound IT.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to map business needs to cloud solutions; strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; team player; high integrity.
• Comfortable working toward quota in phone-based setting.
• Fast-paced, high-growth environment; adaptable.
• CRM proficiency, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong verbal/written communication; proposal skills.
• Good organizational and pipeline management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Hit quarterly KPIs; maintain activity levels daily/weekly.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts; identify high-potential new business and upsell.
• Execute outbound prospecting to source, contact, and engage prospects.
• Educate customers on Google Cloud offerings.
• Make daily outbound calls/emails; engage C-level decision makers.
• Identify pain points; gather technical requirements; map to Cloud solutions.
• Update CRM data; manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities.
