Cross Border Talents is seeking a driven Business Development professional to accelerate outbound sales of cloud solutions across the EMEA region. You will engage C-level executives in German and English, qualify needs, and map them to scalable cloud offerings.

You will own a portfolio, meet quotas, and use Salesforce or other CRMs to track leads and opportunities. The role is hybrid and includes relocation support and ongoing cloud training.

Formación

• 3+ years of B2B outbound sales or business development in IT.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• BA/BS degree (technical preferred).
• Comfort working against a quota in a phone-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Run outbound calls and emails (mostly cold outreach) to C-level decision-makers.
• Understand pain points, gather technical requirements, and sell solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on new business and upsell.
• Maintain leads, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Hit quarterly KPIs and daily/weekly activity targets.
