Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking sales professional to drive growth across the EMEA market. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers for Cloud solutions, while upselling where possible.

You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to expand the customer base and revenue. You will manage the full sales cycle, maintain CRM records in Salesforce, and hit ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably IT or Cloud services.
• Fluent German and good English communication.
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and acquiring new customers.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Generate new business via outbound calls and emails.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Present Cloud solutions and demonstrate business value.
• Maintain customer relationships with partners and internal teams.
• Accurately forecast and update CRM records; meet sales targets.
• Participate in product training and development.
