Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a results-driven German-speaking sales professional to drive growth across the EMEA market. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals while promoting Cloud solutions and maximizing upselling opportunities.

You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to expand the customer base, build relationships, and achieve ambitious targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably IT/Cloud.
• Fluent German and good English.
• Experience with cold calling and prospecting.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Generate new business via outbound calls and emails.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Present cloud solutions and articulate business value.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate pipeline.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and customer data in Salesforce.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Participate in product training and development.
