Career Nest Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions, with a focus on the Czech market. This hybrid role combines on-site onboarding in Madrid with later hybrid work, including monthly on-site presence and travel covered by the company.

The role requires native or bilingual German and English, 1–6 years of commercial experience, and residency in Spain.

Qualifications

• German and English proficiency required.
• 1-6 years of commercial experience (BDR/ SDR / outbound).
• Must reside in Spain.
• Availability aligned with US time zone.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80-100 per day).
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trials, and MRR.
