FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join its growing sales team. The role is full-time, permanent, and requires Czech language skills with native or bilingual English, based in Spain, with a hybrid work model after onboarding.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, perform product demonstrations, manage free trials, and drive recurring revenue with uncapped commissions and clear progression paths.

Formación

• Czech speaker and native/bilingual English required.
• Currently residing in Spain.
• 1–6 years of commercial sales experience.
• Experience in account executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales or related roles.
• Able to make high-volume outbound calls and hit targets.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from contact to subscription close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Lead meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert to paying customers.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline records.
