FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive who is a Czech speaker with native/bilingual English. This full-time, permanent role is hybrid after onboarding, with a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing subscriptions, making 80–100 outbound calls per day, conducting demos, guiding free trials, and tracking KPIs.

Formación

• Czech speaker living in Spain (Madrid) with fluent English.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in full-cycle sales and high-volume outbound calls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through free-trial periods and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline activity.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Experience team.
